  1. Well said about insurance companies.
They remind me of predators, very greedy ones.
I also love Fall, getting ready to cocoon in my warmest sweaters, my knitting goes in high gear, and I love the fresh air, especially for drying laundry outside. Fall brings so many joys.
I like how you are taking better care of and protecting yourself with healthy boundaries. That is so important, especially for people pleasers like us.
    Keep up those healthy boundaries.
Thank you for mentionning time wasted on social media. That is inspiring me to limit how much time I spend on it every day. I find it does nothing good to my mood nor to my energy.
Happy November to you. May it bring you peace

Neuroscience teaches us to shut down our brain…. Don’t let our brain tell us what to do or feel. They respond by memory… like a computer.. it’s time to go against those emotions of guilt, shame, fear….
You are doing great work…. Keep pushing past those who are not one your side.
Support is imperative… let the others go… xo

    1. Great perspective. Thank you!
