Hi. I really like your blog. I have never experienced a burnout but I have a friend who has and it was a real eye opener for me to see what it did to her.
I like your story.
The fact that you did recognize that you needed to put yourself first is a huge step.
When we are brought up with carry on we will get through it attitude there is so much guilt at first.
Keep putting yourself first. It sounds like you have been on quite the journey. Look forward to your posts.
Thank you for your support. Acknowledging I needed help was a huge step in my recovery.

Wow. You just made me realize that I suffered from burnout in 2010. I knew I wasn’t well but I’ve always
thought it was simply a severe case of fatigue. Your symptoms were mine.
I want to walk this journey with you. You are very courageous to speak openly (I tried to hide) & I applaud your awareness. Looking forward to your posts. Please take care of YOU.

Thank you for the support. I think burnout is more common than people realize.
Well written. Keep your head held high. You are worth everything and so much more. Proud of you and what you are doing.
What a beautiful and supportive comment. Thank you!
