Once, I helped a minister who had locked his car keys inside his car—in –20°C weather. I found a solution, opened the doors, and after that, people started calling me MacGyver. A former coworker said I was like her private detective because I could find details others missed—like finding a needle in a haystack. If I arrive at the scene of an accident, what do I do? I start giving instructions, of course!
