One response to “Beyond Burnout”

Thank you for sharing …. This is a lot! I am glad you now know to ask for help. It has been said that the most endearing quality is vulnerability…and showing this is not a weakness… it is a strength. Being truthful is always the best policy… speak your truth… don’t hold things in… most times just getting things off your chest helps.
So nice to have met you and I’m so sorry that you lost your mom.
