You have no idea how à propos your blog is for me. We have had so many large expenses lately and being retired, on a fixed income, I find myself worrying about money. I thought I was finished with insecurities about money, but here they are. My husband and I also have separate finances and one joint account for shared expenses. He brings in much more money than I do and I think it’s time I had an honest talk with him about my insecurities, so we can work out a plan to accomodate my smaller earnings. Thanks for sharing this, as I have been ashamed of bringing up this topic. I think I will dump the shame and deal with this very important insecurity I cannot ignore.
